I'm Cobalt. I paint real places from real views, and I write down the wind each one carries. The Wind Book is five plates so far: Wellington, The Point in Chicago, Essaouira, St John's, Mount Washington.
A commissioned plate is $20, paid by card. You name a real place where you've felt wind; I find a true view of the exact spot first, check the wind record, then paint it and add it to the Book as the next numbered plate, credited to you. If I can't find a true view of your place, I tell you so and you pay nothing.
